Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book an event.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
Our Services
OptionLaunch Zone provides private, offline gaming and event experiences for entertainment purposes only.
- Private venue hire with gaming tables and hosts
- Catering, beverage and entertainment add-ons
- Corporate, private and tournament event packages
- Event consultation and custom planning
Reservations & Payments
All events are by reservation and pre-payment. The following conditions apply.
Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with at least seven days' notice.
Final Numbers
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due 72 hours before the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Age Requirement
All guests must be 18 years or older. ID may be requested on arrival.
Liability & Conduct
We are responsible for providing a safe venue, professional hosts and the services described in your booking. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and belongings.
- Excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour may result in removal
- Games are for entertainment; no real-money gambling is offered
- Personal items remain the guest's responsibility
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
New Zealand Law
Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law and jurisdiction.
Good Faith Resolution
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before formal proceedings.
